Today I am here in NZ for exactly one month! Isn’t it crazy how time flies by?

In those few weeks, there have definitely been ups and downs, but the majority of time I have just been really, really happy! I already got used to my new environment and everything has almost become ordinary to me.

Here are some things that I love the most about New Zealand:

• People are crazy friendly ! For example I am living somewhere where rarely busses are driving and one time a bus driver drove me for free to where I had to go, even though it had already been the end of his work time.

• Nobody, and I am not even joking nobody smokes! If you see someone smoking on the streets you can almost be 100% sure that they’re foreign. You could even say that its antisocial to smoke in New Zealand. Also a packet of cigarettes costs $25 (so dad if you’re reading this, its not too late. To stop.)

• I love the climate here! The summers are really hot and a good 30°C are totally enjoyable 😉 , but if you should get too hot, there are little rain showers as good as everyday. In winter it doesn’t become too cold, which is good too.

• I really like the architecture! There are too many pretty houses, I couldn’t even decide in which one to live in. 

  

  

  

   

• And last, but definitely not least: the ocean ! Just the thought of being at the beach in less than ten minutes is absolutely beautiful to me! When I am able to live by my own, I am surely going to move to the ocean, if I will ever have the opportunity to!
